ROMANIAN AIR TRANSPORT SECTOR PRIVATIZATION
LPS AVIA was the Executing Agency for a $1.6 million international assistance program in association with a new entrant regional airline. Project objectives included: senior airline staff airline trained in western management practices, technical personnel trained in new technologies, and operation of an airline which integrated current western equipment and technologies with the emerging economy of a former East Bloc country.
LPS AVIA provided executive mentoring, management training courses, and on-the-job training with a team of 12 senior airline executives and management trainers. IATA also participated in the project.
