ROBIN LEE MUNROE B.A., M.A., ASSOCIATE
For over thirty years, Ms. Munroe has provided aviation consulting and project management expertise to airports, communities, private sector clients, and governments throughout the United States, Canada and worldwide. Her expertise includes airport marketing, air service development (passenger and cargo), industry analysis, community outreach, strategic business planning, forecasting, economic impact analysis, and airport master planning. She has served as project principal/project manager for over 100 assignments for airports in the United States ranging in size from the largest hubs (Chicago, Washington, Phoenix, Philadelphia) to the smallest general aviation facilities. She has led air service and cargo marketing strategies (domestic and international) for over a dozen well-known airports. Her experience at Canadian airports includes strategic development and business planning projects for Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg and Halifax International Airports, and various regional and local airports; air service/cargo marketing assignments for Ottawa, Winnipeg, St. Johns, Moncton, and Toronto Airports and Industry Canada; and commercial development planning for former defence facilities at CFB Portage La Prairie, CFB Chatham, CFB Gander, and CFB North Bay.
Ms. Munroe joins LPS AVIA following a successful career working with several international aviation consulting firms. She has served as an Executive Vice President for InterVISTAS-ga2 Consulting; Director of Aviation Services for Jacobs - Edwards and Kelcey; and was a partner in Sypher:Mueller International (acquired by Jacobs Consultancy). Ms. Munroe is a graduate of Carleton University, and was awarded a master’s degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder). She has completed graduate studies in Business Administration and holds a US and Canadian commercial pilot license.
