PAUL MONETTE, ASSOCIATE
Mr. Monette provides senior project management assistance for specialized air navigation building, facility and Air Navigation Systems (ANS) electronic systems projects. He possesses an extensive background in flight inspection, avionic systems, navaid calibration, electronic navigation and approach systems development and operations. Mr. Monette served as Manager of NAV CANADA's Technical Systems Centre Engineering facility where all equipment in the Canadian Air Navigation System inventory is base-lined, developed and supported. He served as project manager for the construction of the Combined ANS Facility and Control Tower Project at Ottawa International Airport (150,000 sf facility), the TSC Expansion Project, and played a leadership role in the ANS Integration Management System (AIMS) project.
