Mr. Clark is a senior project manager, civil and structural engineer specializing in airport and air carrier facilities. With 34 years of industry experience, he has planned and overseen implementation of a wide variety of aviation investments including airport capital planning, commercial planning, manufacturing facilities development hangars, and airline maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities. Mr. Clark’s expertise extends to line maintenance facilities, component overhaul shops, avionics shops, sheet metal, stores, hangar assessments and renovations, new hangar construction, air terminals, FBO facilities and related airside and groundside roads, parking utilities, and services.
